Rounding
Rounding Up: when rounding a number to a certain place value, if the digit prior (to the right) to that being changed has a value of 5 or more, the number is most often rounded up. 55 is rounded to 60.
Rounding Down: when rounding a number to a certain place value, if the digit prior (to the right) to that being changed has a value of 4 or less, the number is most often rounded down. 54 is rounded to 50.
